The hotel was a great find for our city break. the prices were really affordable and the staff at reception were super friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed. Plus, the location was fantastic! We were right in the heart of the action, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We also loved that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was really handy for planning our itinerary.
There was one staff member at the hotel that really let the team down. He worked in the bar and seemed to be in a bad mood all the time.

The location of the hotel is great, it is situated near some attractions, which makes it easier to explore the area. the staff at the reception are helpful and kind, and they make sure to provide guests with all the necessary information. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is its highlight - it is sparkling, spacious and has hot water all day long. the breakfast is diverse, and guests can enjoy various options. the facilities of the hotel are modern and convenient.
One particular staff member is very rude, aggressive and tries to overcharge guests.

During my New Year holiday, I stayed at a super economic hotel with helpful and polite reception staff. The prices were really cheap, which was great. I also liked that the location was convenient for getting around, with plenty of things to do nearby. there was one other advantage that I enjoyed, which made my stay even better.
One of the staff members was always mad and acted like he was responsible for everything in the hotel. He behaved really poorly towards guests, trying to find fault and charge more money.

The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the clean rooms. The location was perfect, with easy transportation to explore this city. the breakfast was delicious.
